Civil Engineer

Civil Site Engineer Job Description-

We are looking for a well-organized site engineer with strong leadership skill to join our growing team. The site engineer responsibilities include managing different parts of construction project, supervising crew member, preparing estimate for time and material cost, completing quality assurance observing health and safety standard and compiling reports for different stakeholder. You should be able to work alongside various professional and create work schedule that meet deadlines.

Role & responsibilities

• Organizing materials and ensuring are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestion for improvement on particular projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Authorizing technical drawing and engineering plans.
• Gathering date, compiling reports and delivering and training sessions where required.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
• Labors management
• Reporting to management
• Obey company discipline & policy
• PEB & Trimix basic knowledge
• Supervision & Team working

Education

• Bachelors degree or diploma in civil engineer, construction, or similar
• 5+ years of experience as a site execution engineer.
• Knowledge of Excavation, RCC, Brick work, Plaster work, Flooring etc.
• Knowledge of BBS is must.
• Sound knowledge of site engineering & construction works.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• A willingness to learn.
