Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with user departments, contractors, architects, vendors, and labor teams to deliver world-class factory setups.
Monitor and oversee assigned civil projects.
Plan and schedule activities to complete projects within time and budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with material specifications, workmanship, and finishing standards.
Adhere to work permit systems, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.
Coordinate utility services such as plumbing, gardening, carpentry, masonry, painting, and upkeep.
Finalization and execution of civil construction projects.
Coordination of interior layouts, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and furniture installation.
Strong knowledge in building estimation and bar bending schedules.
Completion of projects within cost and time constraints.
Timely execution of civil-related renovations and breakdown maintenance activities.
