Role Summary

We are hiring two Civil Engineers to oversee and manage construction activities at our real estate development sites in Karelibaug and Vemali. The selected candidates will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in planning, execution, and quality assurance of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
• Prepare and review engineering plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site supervisors
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Conduct quality checks and enforce safety standards
• Maintain documentation and report updates to the Project Manager
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./ B. Tech) from a recognized institution
• Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for candidates with strong field experience

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering roles, preferably in real estate or construction
• Experience in managing residential and commercial projects is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
