Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

As a Civil Site Engineer at ABNISH SMARTCRATS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing site activities to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include supervising labor, sub-contractors, and equipment to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications. You will monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions as needed. Regular site inspections will be conducted to ensure compliance with design and safety regulations. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity within the construction industry. Your proven track record in supervising and coordinating site activities, along with familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in Karnataka, will be valuable assets. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities is essential, as well as a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials. Your technical skills should extend to knowledge of quality control procedures, safety regulations, and relevant software such as AutoCAD. Additionally, your soft skills, including excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities, will be essential for effective team management and collaboration.
