Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee civil construction projects, including new plant buildings, roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure.
Supervise civil contractors, construction teams, and vendors on-site to ensure project quality, timelines, and cost control.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance planning for existing factory structures, floors, roofing, water tanks, and drainage systems.
Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure infrastructure supports machinery installations and utilities.
Ensure all civil works comply with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimates, budgets, and reports for civil projects.
Maintain site documentation including drawings, site progress reports, and project records.
Oversee land grading, excavation, concrete work, and structural reinforcements as per the operational needs of the textile unit.
Assist in the design and construction of ETPs (Effluent Treatment Plants), water tanks, and utility lines for sustainable operations.
