Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute marine and coastal infrastructure works, including rock bund construction, accropode placement, profiling, and both precast and cast in-situ concrete works. The candidate will ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects in compliance with engineering standards.

Scope of Work

• Rock Bund Construction:

  Supervise and ensure proper placement and compaction of rock bunds for breakwaters and coastal protection.

• Accropode Placement:

  Oversee accurate positioning and interlocking of accropodes as per design specifications.

• Profiling:

  Conduct site profiling and ensure alignment with approved drawings and tolerances.

• Precast Works:

  Manage production, quality control, and installation of precast concrete elements.

• Cast In-Situ Works:

  Supervise formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring for in-situ structures.
• Ensure compliance with marine construction standards and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review method statements and work procedures.
• Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and material resources efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledge of marine/coastal construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC and HSE standards.
