Job Description

As a Project Manager in the Civil & Structural department, your role involves overseeing a team of Engineers, Designers, and Subcontractors assigned to the project. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising the project activities outlined in the Scope of Work. Your key responsibilities include: - Planning, scheduling, and supervising the team to ensure project milestones are met - Executing project activities within the Civil & Structural department - Handling all technical aspects of the project - Allocating tasks to team members and Subcontractors, and monitoring progress - Identifying risk areas and developing mitigation plans in coordination with the Group Leader - Preparing and reviewing critical project documents such as Design Criteria, specifications, and Standard Drawings Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally to: - Communicate with other disciplines to optimize design development - Interface with Subcontractors for detailed engineering activities - Support quality assurance and HSE compliance audits for civil projects in alignment with project requirements If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them so that I can include them in the final output.,
