Job Purpose

Master Plan Development

  • Preparation of the overall Master Plan of logistics, agri and infra parks.
  • Review cargo flow, transportation networks, utilities, and zoning for cargo-related storage and industrial areas.
  • Recommend augmentation strategies balancing growth, sustainability, and community needs.

Detailed Planning & Zoning

  • Prepare detailed plans for logistics parks, Container Freight Stations (CFS), and infrastructure within Special Economic Zones (SEZ).
  • Define zoning for functional areas and establish utility networks to support the Master Plan.
  • Ensure adaptability to evolving business requirements for each business location.

Implementation Support

  • Assist in preparing drawings and layouts for planning projects and proposals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.

Process & Delivery Excellence

  • Deliver process-driven, cost-effective, quality-oriented, and time-bound outputs.
  • Meet client and inter-disciplinary requirements within agreed timelines.

Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Designing and planning infrastructure such as logistic and agri parks, CFS, ports, roads, city scaping and urban layouts.
  • Preparing feasibility and detailed project reports for multipurpose infrastructure.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Study and implementation of Traffic and transportation proposal for economical dispersal of port cargo.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on demographics, land use, transportation, and environmental factors.
  • Develop zoning plans, infrastructure layouts, and public space designs.
  • Collaborate with government officials, developers, and community stakeholders.
  • Use GIS and modeling tools to analyze spatial data.
  • Review site plans and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead public consultations and incorporate feedback into planning decisions.

Educational Qualifications & Experience required for the role.

Qualification

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Logistics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouses, logistics parks and utilities infrastructure, cargo flow analysis, and zoning principles.
  • Proficiency in planning tools and CAD software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related road and infra engineering
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
