Civil Engineer (Industrial Projects)

As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Your duties will include coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress, as well as monitoring and enforcing safety protocols on-site. You will also be involved in technical supervision tasks such as interpreting and implementing construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Conducting quality checks to ensure adherence to standards and resolving any technical issues that arise on-site will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports. Resource management will be a key aspect of your role, as you will be required to plan and allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment. You will liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage site inventory to ensure optimal utilization of resources. Furthermore, your expertise in structural engineering and foundation work will be utilized. This will involve analyzing each element of a structure to determine pressure and loads generated by human or environmental influence, performing mathematical calculations, designing structures to resist all types of loads, and creating specifications and structural models using computer-assisted design software. You will also be responsible for evaluating element configurations, writing reports, tracking project progress, inspecting construction sites, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. Collaboration with project managers and contractors will also be part of your role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with a performance bonus offered. The ability to commute/relocate to Surat, Gujarat, is required. A Bachelor's degree is also required for this role. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in Civil Execution & Structures, 2 years of experience in Industrial Projects, and 4 years of experience in civil engineering.
