As an Estimation Engineer, your role involves preparing cost estimates based on drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project specifications. You will be responsible for calculating material, labor, and equipment requirements accurately. Additionally, your key responsibilities include preparing quotations, tender documents, and cost breakdowns. It is essential to coordinate effectively with engineers, architects, and contractors to gather technical details and assist in negotiations with clients/subcontractors. You will also be required to track and update cost records against actual project execution. Qualifications required for this position include a B.Tech / B.E degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. You should have at least 12 years of experience in estimation, costing, or tendering roles. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare cost estimates from drawings, BOQ, and project specifications - Calculate material, labor, and equipment requirements - Prepare quotations, tender documents, and cost breakdowns - Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors for technical details - Assist in negotiations with clients/subcontractors - Track and update cost records against actual project execution Skills Required: - Strong numerical and analytical ability - Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools - Good communication and negotiation skills Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.
