Civil Engineer - Building Estimator

We are looking for a Building Estimator with 2 – 5 years of Experience. Strong preference for someone with previous experience in Residential Construction Estimation and using any take-off software. You will be based in our office in Angamaly, Kerala with modern facilities.

Job Description:

• Using computer software to do the take-off and prepare BOQ for Residential projects in Australia.
• Identifying & quantifying all costs involved in the project.
• Collaborating with Engineers, Architects & Suppliers

Qualification and Skill requirement:

• Professional Degree (B-Tech/ M-tech in Civil Engineering)
• Proven experience in quantity Survey with a minimum 2-year experience.
• Competency with software
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Good command of English language communication (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of building methods and materials
• Must be a fast learner, a great team player, and a self-motivated individual.
• Understanding the Australian Standards for residential buildings will be a big plus.

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years
