Civil Engineer - Building Estimator

As a Building Estimator with 2-5 years of experience, your role will involve using computer software to perform take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Residential projects in Australia. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and quantifying all costs involved in the project - Collaborating with Engineers, Architects, and Suppliers to ensure accurate estimations Qualification and Skill Requirements: - Professional Degree (B-Tech/ M-tech in Civil Engineering) - Proven experience in quantity survey with a minimum of 2 years of experience - Competency with software - Ability to read and interpret construction plans - Good command of English language communication (written and verbal) - Strong interpersonal skills - Knowledge of building methods and materials - Must be a fast learner, a great team player, and a self-motivated individual - Understanding the Australian Standards for residential buildings will be a big plus You will be based in the office in Angamaly, Kerala, which offers modern facilities. Previous experience in Residential Construction Estimation and using take-off software will be a strong advantage for this role.,
