Draftsman

As an experienced Draftsperson with a keen interest in residential architecture and a strong attention to detail, you have the opportunity to join our dynamic team and play a key role in bringing Australian homes to life right from the heart of Kerala. In this position, you will be responsible for developing detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation for high-quality residential building projects of one of Australia's leading builders. Your proficiency in AutoCAD, coupled with your passion for creating intricate architectural designs, will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the projects and providing you with exposure to international projects. Your day-to-day tasks will involve evaluating site plans to guarantee compliance with Australian standards (training will be provided), collaborating closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to achieve project objectives and deadlines, as well as conducting thorough quality checks to uphold design accuracy and regulatory compliance. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, possess a minimum of 3 years of drafting experience, demonstrate strong expertise in AutoCAD (knowledge of REVIT/ARCHICAD is a bonus), exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and ideally, have familiarity with Australian building standards (training will be offered).
