As a Civil Engineer with 3+ years of construction experience in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Commercial Buildings, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Preparation of estimation and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) - Coordination with clients and consultants - Analyzing drawings of Process Plant Buildings, Sewage Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plants, and other infrastructure - Hands-on experience in project management - Managing contractual manpower, ensuring safety compliance, organizing subcontractors, and arranging materials - Proficiency in preparing bar bending schedules - Knowledge of store management - Generating subcontractors" bills and clients" bills - Regularly updating the Head Office on daily progress - Creating catch-up plans and meeting project targets - Understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes - Execution knowledge of structural and finishing works - Experience in Underground Drainage Systems (UGD) works Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering Preference will be given to immediate joiners for this full-time position.
