Civil Draughtsman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Civil Draughtsman to prepare accurate and detailed drawings, plans, and layouts for various civil engineering and construction projects. The candidate should have proficiency in CAD software and a strong understanding of civil design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and designs for civil projects using AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.

Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to produce technical plans.

Create structural, layout, and detail drawings for buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other infrastructure.

Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to gather design requirements.

Ensure that drawings comply with industry and company standards, codes, and regulations.

Maintain a comprehensive drawing database and documentation records.

Conduct site visits for measurements or verification as required.

Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and bill of quantities (BOQ).

Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draughtsmanship. 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, or similar software is an advantage. Strong understanding of civil construction methods and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
