Civil Draftsman

Position Title: Civil Draftsman
Experience Required: 5–6 years
Software Skills: AutoCAD (mandatory), knowledge of other drafting/design tools will be an added advantage
Location: Udityal, balanagar(m), Mahabubnagar(dist)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and modify civil engineering drawings and layouts using AutoCAD in line with project requirements.
• Draft detailed structural, architectural, and civil drawings, including site plans, road layouts, drainage systems, utilities, and foundation details.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
• Review and update drawings based on engineering changes, design modifications, and client feedback.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain drawing records, version control, and documentation for easy retrieval.
• Provide accurate quantity take-offs and assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Coordinate with site teams for drawing clarifications and issue revised drawings as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) drafting with hands-on experience in civil and structural drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, detailing, and technical specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of survey data, levels, and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Effective communication skills to work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors.

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship (or equivalent qualification).
• Certification in AutoCAD

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on drafting experience, primarily in civil/structural projects, with a proven ability to deliver accurate drawings under deadlines. A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as in a team, ensuring high-quality drafting output.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
