Job Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Head based in Gujarat & Maharashtra. The Marketing head will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all marketing activities that strengthen the companys brand presence and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The role involves developing strategic marketing plans, managing promotional campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the B2C and B2B industry, particularly within the modular furniture and workspace solutions sector, and should be capable of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. The candidate has good contacts with architects & Interior designers. Drive new business development through targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives. Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support business development. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Manage vendor relationships and oversee budgets for marketing campaigns. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and ROI analysis. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications. Minimum 1 0 years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the modular furniture / interiors / architectural products industry. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing platforms Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with design, sales, and production teams. Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
