Job Description

As an experienced Civil SP3D Designer with 11 to 15 years of experience in Civil/Structural design for Oil & Gas projects, your role will involve developing 3D models of civil and structural components using SP3D. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing GA drawings, steel structures, foundations, and reinforced concrete layouts. Your key tasks will include: - Coordinating with engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications - Performing clash detection, model reviews, and revisions as per project requirements - Ensuring adherence to international codes and client standards To excel in this position, you must possess strong proficiency in SP3D, AutoCAD, and related software. You should also have experience in onshore and offshore structural design, including jackets, decks, modules, foundations, etc. Familiarity with international design codes such as AISC, API, BS, and ISO is essential. Moreover, excellent teamwork and communication skills will be crucial for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This opportunity is based in Chennai and offers the chance to work on engineering projects for major clients in the Oil & Gas sector, both onshore and offshore.
