Civil Billing Executive

The Billing Engineer will manage project cost estimation, client billing, subcontractor billing, and ensure accurate documentation of project finances. The role involves coordinating with site teams and clients to maintain smooth financial workflows and adherence to budgets in the civil and interior works sector. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills based on work progress. Analyze and validate quantities as per project drawings and site measurements. Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with approved BOQs and project estimates. Maintain detailed records of invoices, contracts, and payment status. Coordinate with site teams to track material usage and work progress for billing accuracy. Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up on payment collection. Assist in cost control by identifying deviations in budgets and recommending corrective measures. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2+ years of experience in billing, preferably in construction or interior projects. Proficiency in MS Excel.
