Urgent job opening for Draftsman at Thane.
Qualification: Diploma/ BE in Civil/ Architectural draftsman
Job profile:
1. To design and develop working drawings.
2. To be involved in design development along with principal architect.
3. To check and revise the drawing sent by the consultants like, architect, RCC consultant and service consultant.
4. To ensure that the right drawing reach the site at the right time.
5. To prepare working and presentation drawing ,2D drafting ,designing .
6. To coordinate with team for the execution of work along with estimations and billing
7. To manage cost reduction for approvals.
8. To build good team spirit among the group members.
9. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
