Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Civil 3D BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing digital models for various projects, including healthcare, education, residential, aviation, and commercial buildings. Day-to-day tasks will include developing BIM models, coordinating with design and construction teams, generating construction documentation, and ensuring adherence to technical codes and standards. The role also involves supporting MEP designs and collaborating with other team members to ensure quality and accuracy.

Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Civil 3D for land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout.

Interpret civil engineering drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination.

Communicate effectively with international clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with client-specific protocols.

Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and model-based design reviews

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Civil 3D modeling for land development projects.
• Proven experience working with clients from the USA and UK.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, grading, and utility design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
