As a City Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our two-wheeler training programs for women in Hyderabad. Your role will include overseeing trainer recruitment, ensuring smooth on-ground operations, providing support to trainers and learners, and contributing to the development of an empowering community. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule, and coordinate two-wheeler training sessions effectively. - Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers, addressing their operational needs promptly. - Facilitate a seamless learning experience for learners by coordinating with trainers and resolving queries efficiently. - Conduct end-to-end trainer recruitment, ensuring compliance by verifying learning licenses. - Manage logistical requirements, including venue arrangements and resource distribution. - Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participants, and feedback received. - Prepare and share progress reports with the leadership team regularly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or related roles. - Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English (spoken). - Strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and adeptness in managing fieldwork. - Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and data entry tools.,
