Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and support

    Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

    ,

    Citrix Cloud

    , and

    AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop)

  • Manage and troubleshoot

    VDI infrastructure

    , including user access, session performance, and profile management
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and automation tasks using

    PowerShell

    or scripting tools
  • Work on

    profile management

    ,

    application publishing

    ,

    storefront

    , and

    NetScaler Gateway

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams for incident resolution and change management

Skills & Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with

    Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops

    ,

    AVD

    ,

    Citrix Cloud

    , and

    Citrix ADC (NetScaler)

  • Strong knowledge of

    Windows Server

    ,

    Active Directory

    ,

    GPO

    , and

    FSLogix

  • Exposure to

    Azure IaaS

    ,

    storage

    , and

    networking concepts

  • Experience in handling enterprise-level Citrix environments and Citrix licensing
  • Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V) are a plus
