Designing and development of Citrix Virtualization technologies (Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler etc.) Creating and virtualizing different types of XenDesktop (pooled, random, dedicated etc.)Manage a portfolio of 5500+ VDI use as per the business requirement. Prepare detailed technical documentation such as designs, build procedures and technical support guidelines. Advanced level troubleshooting for escalated and recurring issues. Plan and coordinate migrations and updating security patches Ensure VDI environment is Information Security Policy (ISP) compliant to mitigate risk to our business. Manage capacity and demand of Citrix infrastructure and provide inputs to management Provide consulting to prospective customers about the Citrix solutions Manage VDI Client images Perform technical researches and prepare white paper Gather region specific requirements and setup POC s.
