Circle SCM Associate - Build Services (TSP)

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with TSPs for timely material requisition and delivery.
• Track inventory and ensure material availability at sites.
• Process purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor invoices.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and usage.
• Ensure compliance with SCM policies and audit requirements.
• Support logistics for site rollout and decommissioning.
• Generate reports on material status and vendor metrics.
• Use ERP tools (SAP/Oracle) for SCM operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in SCM, preferably in telecom.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical ability.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
