Cinematographer- Wedding Shoots

As a Cinematographer and Video Producer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content such as reels, short films, and promotional videos. Your role will involve planning and executing wedding cinematography with a focus on creative storytelling. Operating Sony cameras and related equipment professionally will be a key aspect of your day-to-day tasks. Collaboration with the creative team on shot composition and visual concepts is essential to ensure the delivery of compelling final products. Additionally, you will be required to edit and post-process footage, manage lighting setups, and handle audio recording during shoots. Timely project delivery while upholding quality standards is crucial in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess 2-4 years of experience in cinematography and video production, with a proven track record in wedding shooting and event cinematography. Proficiency with Sony cameras, specifically A7 series, FX series, or similar models, is necessary. A strong portfolio highlighting reels, short videos, and wedding work is required. Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc., and a good understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording are also essential qualifications. Your key skills should include creative storytelling and visual composition, Sony camera operation, wedding cinematography, reel creation, video editing, color grading, equipment handling, and time management. Technical requirements for the role include expertise with Sony camera systems and lenses, knowledge of camera settings, exposure, manual controls, stabilizers, gimbals, tripods, video formats, codecs, and the ability to work in various lighting conditions. As part of the job, you will need to showcase your portfolio consisting of wedding cinematography samples, short reels, creative video content, Sony camera work demonstrations, and before/after editing examples. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.
