Cinematographer & Photographer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Cinematographer & Photographer to lead the visual execution of both video and photo projects. The ideal candidate combines an artistic eye with deep technical knowledge, capable of crafting compelling stories through visuals for a variety of content types including commercials, branded content, portraits, events, and product shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for various projects
• Operate professional cinema cameras (ARRI, RED, Blackmagic, Sony, Canon) and DSLR/mirrorless systems
• Design and execute lighting setups for both studio and location shoots
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to bring visual concepts to life
• Select appropriate lenses, camera movement techniques, and framing to enhance storytelling
• Conduct aerial and stabilized shots using drones and gimbals when needed
• Manage post-production workflows including color grading, retouching, and file delivery
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high visual standards
• Maintain and organize camera, lighting, and grip equipment
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in film and photography

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cinematography or related film production and in professional photography experience.
• Proficient with cinema and DSLR/mirrorless camera systems
• Strong command of lighting (studio & natural), shot composition, and color theory
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with various photography genres including portrait, product, fashion, and events
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems on set, and adapt to dynamic shooting environments
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience directing small crews
• Drone certification/license
• Knowledge of CGI/VFX integration in cinematography
• Portfolio showcasing both video and photography work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
