What You’ll Do:

• Design and set up the visual soul of every shoot — lights, backdrops, frames, chaos and calm.
• Think in angles, moods, and moments — before anyone else even shows up.
• Turn pre-production into a religion.
• Make locations, subjects, and even plain walls look cinematic.
• Collaborate with directors and creatives to make every frame feel intentional, emotional, and alive.

You’ll Fit Right In If:

• You can walk into a room and instantly visualize the light setup.
• You’ve said “this frame feels wrong” more times than “hello.”
• You treat a shoot like a symphony — every movement, lens, and reflection in harmony.
• You know when to break the rule of thirds (and why).
• You believe gear matters less than vision — but still secretly love your lenses like family.

Bonus points if Requirements:

• You’ve ever moved a light by 2 inches “because it just felt better.”
• You can explain the difference between cinematic and dramatic without using words.
