Designation: Cinema Manager / Duty Manager

Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 2-5 years in cinema line
Roles & Responsibilities :

Check All Staff Grooming in Day or Evening shift - Approved staff leave and adjustment.

Check Ground level staff behavior with customers & Guest in proper way or not.

To ensure that proper cleaning is maintained throughout the closing hours of the theatre of cinema as apart from the premises.

Coordination with the staff of all departments for smooth operation of the Cinema.

Take care of VIP guest and celebrities to visit all premises for promotion movie and activity at cinema.

Coordinate with maintenance person regarding any maintenance work in cinema.

Maintain & Take care of all equipment in café and box office area.

Brief and supervision all F & B staff for upselling and S.O.S.

In a rush time take care of box office and F & B counter.

Wastage control and maintain quality of the F & B product and maintain FIFO and LIFO system.

F & B stock Maintain and update to senior level for ordering.

Housekeeping-observation to cinema premises and all Audi.

Pass on the Bulk booking inquiry to the General Manager.

Check all the cleaning checklist and submit to the cinema manager.

DCR repot generate and mail send to all respective distributors in end of the shift.

Cross verify café and box office shift closing report as per excel format.

Take care of guest.

To solve customer quires and tickets issue.

Convey the report to senior level for any accident happened during shift operation.
