About the Role:

CI/CD Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Architecture

Define and own the CI/CD roadmap and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Design end-to-end CI/CD architecture for applications across cloud, container, and hybrid environments.
Standardize pipeline frameworks and templates to ensure reusability, scalability, and compliance.

Pipeline Development & Optimization

Lead implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, etc.
Introduce automation and orchestration for builds, tests, deployments, and rollbacks.
Continuously improve pipeline performance, security, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience implementing GitOps, progressive delivery (e.g., canary, blue-green), and automated rollback strategies.
Certifications: AWS/GCP/Azure DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or similar.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
