Chinese Cook

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to prepare authentic and high-quality Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and traditional dishes, while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese dishes including Cantonese, Szechuan, Hunan, and other regional cuisines.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.
• Oversee kitchen operations related to the Chinese cuisine section.
• Coordinate with the Executive Chef for menu planning and special promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate requisitions to the kitchen store.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area and equipment.
• Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff in Chinese cooking techniques.
• Innovate and introduce new Chinese dishes based on customer preferences and trends.
• Follow all food safety and HACCP standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef in a hotel or reputed restaurant.
• Expertise in wok cooking, steaming, stir-frying, and dim sum preparation.
• Sound knowledge of Chinese ingredients, sauces, and spices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
