We're passionate about bringing the best of street-style Indo-Chinese flavors to our customers. Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled and creative Chinese Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong passion for preparing Desi Chinese dishes. Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing a variety of classic Indo-Chinese dishes, including different types of momos (steamed, fried, gravy), spring rolls, honey chili potatoes, chow mein, fried rice, and more. Expertise in tandoor cooking to create fusion dishes and specialty momos. Managing kitchen operations, ensuring all food preparation meets high standards of quality and hygiene. Developing new and creative fusion recipes to expand our menu. Monitoring inventory and ordering kitchen supplies. Staying updated on current culinary trends and techniques in the Indo-Chinese food industry. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chinese Chef, preferably with a focus on Desi Chinese cuisine. Prior work experience in a Chinese restaurant, hotel, or fast-food chain is a plus. Deep knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Creative and innovative approach to cooking.
