Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Chef Commi-I located in New Delhi. The Chef Commi-I will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting the senior chefs in cooking Chinese dishes, ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene. Daily tasks will include food preparation, cooking specific menu items, ensuring food quality and presentation, and following kitchen safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine
• Basic skills in food preparation and kitchen organization
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is preferred
