Chinese Chef CDP/Commi 1

• Food Preparation: Execute Chinese dishes according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines, including chopping, portioning, and cooking.
• Section Management: Oversee a specific station (e.g., wok, dim sum) and its equipment.
• Team Leadership: Train, guide, and supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen porters.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation of all dishes.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in their area.
• Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock, manage supplies, and assist with inventory.
• Menu Contribution: Help develop new dishes and improve existing recipes.
• Coordination: Work with Sous Chefs, Head Chefs, and other supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional styles.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Culinary training or relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
