Chinese CDP Chef Responsibilities: Take charge of the Chinese section in the kitchen Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation Train and supervise commis chefs Maintain hygiene and food safety standards Manage inventory and ensure timely preparation of orders Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Chinese cuisine Strong knowledge of wok cooking, sauces, and Chinese cooking techniques Leadership and team management skills 2. Chinese Commi 1 Responsibilities: Assist CDP in daily kitchen operations Prepare basic sauces, ingredients, and cooking components Follow recipes and SOPs to maintain food quality Ensure cleanliness of the workstation Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Chinese cuisine Good understanding of basic Chinese cooking methods 3. Chinese Commi 3 Responsibilities: Perform basic prep work (chopping, cleaning, etc.) Support senior chefs during service hours Follow kitchen hygiene and safety standards Requirements: 0–1 year of kitchen experience Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
