Children’s Activity & Partnerships Coordinator (Part-Time)

Hopscotch Child Therapy is opening our child-friendly space for weekday children’s classes (phonics, art, STEM, handwriting, etc.).

We are looking for a proactive Children’s Activity & Partnerships Coordinator who can bring instructors, coordinate batches, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This is ideal for someone with experience in preschools, activity centres, or children’s programs who enjoys interacting with educators and parents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instructor Outreach & Partnerships

Identify and onboard instructors who conduct classes such as phonics, art, dance, drama, STEM, music, robotics, handwriting, chess, or abacus

Build relationships with educators, freelancers, preschools, and activity providers

Coordinate class timings, space usage, and revenue-share agreements

2. Program & Class Coordination

Manage daily scheduling and ensure the venue is ready for classes

Support instructors during batch launches

Assist with simple parent communication regarding timings, changes, or enrollment

Maintain attendance and timetable sheets

3. Community Network Building

Share class information through local networks, WhatsApp groups, and parent communities

Keep track of demand trends and suggest new classes or seasonal camps

Help build Hopscotch’s network of instructors and families

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates include:

Preschool/Montessori teachers

Activity centre coordinators

After-school program facilitators

Individuals with experience in phonics, art, STEM, etc.

Anyone well-connected in Kolkata’s children’s activity or preschool ecosystem

You’ll succeed in this role if you are:

Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable calling/messaging instructors

Well-networked in local parent/teacher communities

Organised and good with schedules

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Work Hours

3 hours per day (Tuesday to Saturday)

Hours can be split between on-site and outreach tasks

Compensation

Base Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Based on number of instructors onboarded, batches launched, and child enrollment
