Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Child Psychologist, located in Kanpur. The Child Psychologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating children with psychological or developmental issues. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting psychological testing, providing therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals. The psychologist will also be involved in family therapy sessions to support the holistic development of the child.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Psychology and Mental Health
• Experience with Psychological Testing and Family Therapy
• Knowledge of Medical practices related to child psychology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
• Licensure as a Child Psychologist
• Experience working with children with developmental delays/disabilities is a plus
