As the Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Sportozen, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sports engagement. Sportozen's goal is to revolutionize the sports industry by simplifying the process of playing sports, akin to ordering food online. Currently operational in Gurgaon & Chandigarh with a substantial user base, we are now set to enhance our platform with AI-powered sports analytics to elevate player experiences and foster community engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Scaling our existing app and backend infrastructure in preparation for national expansion. - Developing and integrating AI/ML sports analytics, focusing initially on badminton. - Providing leadership in technology vision, system architecture, and project delivery. - Establishing and leading our engineering team from the ground up. - Collaborating closely with the founder to define and execute Sportozen's product roadmap effectively. The ideal candidate for this role possesses: - Proficiency in full-stack or mobile-first development, with expertise in technologies such as React Native/Flutter and Node.js/Java Spring Boot. - Prior experience in AI/ML integrations, with preference given to those with knowledge in video analytics. - A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in dynamic startup environments.
