bVocal is a VC-backed, high-velocity startup (Seed Round closed at ₹11 Cr Valuation) engineering the "Anti-Tinder." We are building an encrypted, blind audio matchmaking protocol where connection is driven by raw human chemistry, not a catalogue of photos.

We aren't a "family." We are a sports team trying to win the Super Bowl. We have the capital, we have the architecture, and we are preparing for a massive aggressive expansion.

We move fast. We break rules. We are engineering a hostile takeover of the global dating market, right here from Ahmedabad.

Role Description

Full-time, Hybrid (Ahmedabad HQ / Remote for the right candidate).

The Lowdown:

I’m 17. I founded this. I have the funding.

The 0-to-1 build is complete (React Native & TypeScript). The engine is live.

I don't need a "manager" to make slide decks.

I need a Technical Warlord.

I need a cracked engineer to come in, take ownership of the stack, and scale this thing to 500,000 active users without the servers catching fire. Work from our HQ in Ahmedabad or work from your basement, I don't care where you sit, as long as you ship.

Your Mission:

Scale the Architecture: Take our existing high-concurrency audio engine and make it bulletproof.

Own the Code: You have full autonomy. If the code breaks, it’s on you. If it scales, you get the glory (and the equity).

Zero Latency: We are doing real-time audio. If there's lag, the product dies. You need to be obsessed with optimization.

Ship or Die: We don't do 2-week sprints. We ship features when they are ready to break the market.

Qualifications

God-Tier React Native & TypeScript Skills: Do not apply if you just finished a bootcamp. You need to know how the metal works.

Real-Time Audio Experience: You understand the complexity of live streaming, sockets, and handling high concurrency.

High Agency: I don't want to micromanage you. Figure it out and get it done.

GitHub > Degrees: I literally do not care where you went to school. I care about what you've shipped.
