Role Description

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The CTO will:

• Architect and lead the core AI platform for fashion.
• Oversee software development and product innovation with a focus on

  generative AI, scalability, and real-time content creation

• Collaborate with business, product, and creative teams to turn disruptive ideas into reality.
• Build and manage the tech team as the company moves from early stage to scale-up.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in

  software development, AI/ML integration, and scalable system architecture

• Strong experience in

  product development and IT strategy

• Ability to

  lead from the front

  —hands-on when needed, strategic when scaling
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for

  disrupting legacy industries

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Prior experience in a

  startup, founding team, or senior tech leadership role

  is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
