Chief Pharmacist

• Dispense and manage fertility medications with precise attention to detail, including hormonal treatments and specialized fertility drugs
• Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients about proper usage, side effects, and storage requirements
• Guide patients through complex fertility medication schedules and injection techniques
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and contraindications
• Monitor and optimize medication protocols in collaboration with fertility specialists
• Manage and maintain optimal stock levels of fertility medications and supplies
• Implement temperature monitoring and proper storage conditions for sensitive medications
• Conduct regular audits to minimize wastage and track expiration dates
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations, particularly regarding controlled substances
• Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient counseling
• Process insurance claims and prior authorizations for fertility medications
• Train clinical staff on proper medication administration and storage
• Stay updated on advances in fertility pharmacy and new treatment protocols
• Create a supportive and understanding environment for patients during their fertility journey
• Must have a B.Pharm degree, M.Pharm preferred
• Valid pharmacist license to practice in Karnataka
• Minimum 1 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, preferably in reproductive medicine or women's health
• Strong knowledge of fertility medications, hormonal treatments, and their mechanisms
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Outstanding communication and patient counseling abilities
• Experience with pharmacy management software and inventory systems
• Demonstrated empathy and sensitivity in patient interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Preferred: Specialized training or certification in fertility pharmacy

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,379.76 per month
