As a visionary and transformative Chief People Officer (CPO) Global, your role will be crucial in shaping the global people strategy and organizational design to achieve the company's ambitious business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive global People & Capability strategy aligned with the company's strategic objectives. - Leading organizational design initiatives to ensure agility, effectiveness, and scalability. - Spearheading transformation programs, including M&A integration and cultural evolution. - Setting up and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) globally. You will also be responsible for: - Overseeing a world-class, global talent acquisition function and implementing robust processes for performance management and talent retention. - Fostering a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, feedback, and growth. - Defining and measuring a world-class employee experience and driving initiatives to enhance engagement and employer brand reputation. - Partnering with stakeholders to ensure people strategies enable client success and business performance. Additionally, you will need: - 10+ years of experience in senior HR leadership roles with executive-level experience in a global organization. - Proven track record in developing people strategies that drive business growth and transformation. - Expertise in organizational design, change management, and talent management. - Hands-on experience in setting up and leading people functions for large-scale international operations. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence at the Board and C-Suite level.
