As a member of the faculty & staff development team at JKKN Educational Institution, your role will involve focusing on OKRs, driving mindset changes, mentoring & entrepreneurship capability, SOP & workflow adoption, performance tracking & iterative improvements, and contributing to a two-year human capital transformation. Here is a detailed overview of your responsibilities: - **Targeted Skill-Building**: - Align training sessions and workshops with the institutional OKRs. - Run hands-on training sessions related to integrating AI tools into teaching. - Track and encourage actual adoption of the tools by faculty and staff. - **Continuous Support**: - Provide coaching and on-the-job training. - Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure confident usage of new skills in daily work. - **Driving Mindset Changes & Cultural Shifts**: - Visit classrooms, labs, and administrative offices to observe practices. - Offer immediate, actionable feedback to promote critical thinking and collaboration. - Recognize and support individuals embracing new mindsets. - **Mentoring & Entrepreneurship Capability**: - Develop guidelines and training programs for effective mentorship. - Organize entrepreneurship boot camps and hackathons to promote entrepreneurial initiatives. - **SOP & Workflow Adoption**: - Conduct hands-on demonstrations for SOPs documented by clerical support. - Gather feedback and refine SOPs for smooth operationalization. - **Performance Tracking & Iterative Improvements**: - Create competency dashboards to track skill acquisition and tool usage. - Refine training programs promptly based on feedback and outcomes.
