Vice Principal

You will be joining our academic leadership team as Vice Principal, where you will be responsible for creating an environment that supports academic excellence, student engagement, and faculty development at our college. Your role will involve collaborating with the Principal on administrative functions, policy formulation, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. We are looking for a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a deep commitment to progressive education. Your key responsibilities will include assisting the Principal in daily operations and long-term strategic planning, overseeing academic programs, leading faculty recruitment and development, promoting student success through mentoring programs, and managing compliance with educational laws and regulations. You will also be expected to facilitate communication among faculty, students, and administrative staff, lead initiatives to enhance community engagement and partnerships, and represent the college at academic and community events. To be successful in this role, you should have an M.A. in Education, M.B.A, or Ph.D. in a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in an educational setting. You should also possess strong knowledge of current educational practices and trends, exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture. Proficiency in using technology for administrative and educational purposes, as well as a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, are also required.,
