Here is a summary of the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for designing and implementing training sessions and workshops that align with the institution's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). By providing continuous support through coaching, on-the-job training, and follow-up sessions, you will ensure that faculty and staff acquire new skills and confidently apply them in their daily work. **Key Responsibilities:** - Align training sessions and workshops with institutional OKRs, such as integrating AI tools into teaching - Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and follow-up sessions to support skill acquisition and application - Visit classrooms, labs, and administrative offices to observe practices and offer actionable feedback - Recognize individuals embracing new mindsets and provide additional support to those struggling - Develop guidelines and training programs for faculty and staff to become effective mentors - Collaborate with the CEO to organize entrepreneurship boot camps and hackathons - Conduct small-group demos to ensure understanding of SOPs and make immediate adjustments based on feedback - Create visual metrics to track skill acquisition, AI tool usage, and entrepreneurial engagements - Break down transformation goals into skill development targets at quarterly intervals and evaluate progress regularly - Focus on building durable capabilities and ensuring continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in designing and implementing training programs aligned with organizational objectives - Strong communication and coaching skills to support skill-building and mindset changes - Ability to track performance metrics and make iterative improvements based on feedback - Proficiency in developing mentorship guidelines and entrepreneurship initiatives - Experience in implementing SOPs and workflows to improve operational efficiency - Strong analytical skills to evaluate progress and adjust training strategies accordingly This role offers the opportunity to drive human capital transformation over a two-year period, focusing on skill development, mindset changes, and sustainable improvements in the educational institution.,
