Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations (production planning, maintenance, quality control, dispatch).
• Implement lean practices to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Closely monitor sales support, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
• Build and standardize processes for branch coordination, customer support, and vendor management.
• Partner with Director/ Sr. VP/VP on business expansion, new product development, and CAPEX decisions.
• Drive training, skill development, and performance management of shop-floor and branch teams.
