Chief Of Staff

Role & responsibilities

- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Founder, CEO and C-suite on strategic planning, key business decisions, and operational priorities.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives that are critical to business growth, including but not limited to GTM strategy, product launches, org design, and investor/partner engagements.

- Manage high-impact projects end-to-end, with full ownership of timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.

- Streamline internal operations and communication across departments to improve alignment, transparency, and execution.

- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials for board meetings, investors, and external stakeholders.

- Represent the leadership team in internal and external meetings as needed, helping to drive consensus and follow-through.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and clients to support strategic business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.

- Strong project management abilities and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information quickly and make data-informed decisions.

- High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational savvy.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

- Deep interest or experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise tech environments is a strong plus.

- Familiarity with healthcare and revenue cycle domains is advantageous, though not mandatory.

- Engineering and/or MBA from a top-tier college only

- 0-3 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or similar roles; experience in startups or high-growth companies is highly valued.
