You are a highly motivated and talented professional looking to join a dynamic Presales and Solutioning team as a Techno-Functional Analyst. Your passion lies in the convergence of data science, artificial intelligence, and the BFSI domain. Working directly with the Head of Presales and Solutioning, your responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of client solutioning. This involves understanding problem statements, developing winning proposals, designing solution approaches, and preparing impactful client-facing material. You will assist in creating high-quality proposals, Points of View (POVs), and RFP responses for BFSI clients. By interpreting client requirements, researching relevant AI/ML applications, and effectively articulating solution narratives, you will play a crucial role in proposal development. Collaborating with senior team members, you will define the solution approach for client use cases in banking, insurance, asset management, and more. Recommending suitable ML models, techniques, and methodologies aligned with the business context will be an integral part of your role. Building visually compelling, client-ready decks for meetings, pitches, and internal discussions is another key responsibility. Your ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple, business-understandable language will be essential in creating impactful presentations. Working closely with Sales and Account teams, you will analyze client pain points and translate them into solution requirements, both functional and technical. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and GenAI in BFSI and contribute to the development of new solution offerings and use case repositories. Your cross-functional collaboration skills will be put to use as you liaise with internal Data Science, Engineering, and Delivery teams to validate feasibility and refine proposed solutions. Maintaining and updating reusable content libraries will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA or equivalent with a focus on Finance/IT is a plus. You should possess 4 to 7 years of experience in data science consulting, analytics solutioning, or techno-functional roles. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of the AI/ML project lifecycle and familiarity with solution components, even if not hands-on. Exposure to the BFSI domain, excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills, strong communication and articulation skills, and structured thinking are essential for this role. Basic hands-on exposure to Python, SQL, or ML prototyping, awareness of Generative AI/LLMs and BFSI-specific GenAI use cases, and experience in working on RFPs, bid responses, or deal solutioning are considered good-to-have skills. Preferred candidate profile - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive alignment across senior stakeholders. - Strong project management abilities and experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information quickly and make data-informed decisions. - High level of discretion, professionalism, and organizational savvy. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. - Deep interest or experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise tech environments is a strong plus. - Familiarity with healthcare and revenue cycle domains is advantageous, though not mandatory. - Engineering and/or MBA from a top-tier college only - 0-3 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or similar roles; experience in startups or high-growth companies is highly valued.
