Job Description

You are a seasoned and mature Business Operations & Site Enablement resource sought to support the India Site Leader in a high-impact capacity across various general management functions. Located in Bengaluru, this role offers a hybrid working model. Independently driving site-level operations, multi-site coordination, leadership engagement planning, and strategic local programs such as CSR and DEI are key responsibilities. Your ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, exhibit strong ownership, and operate with professionalism, discretion, and agility will be crucial. Reporting directly to the India Site Leader, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and bring a strong generalist skillset. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Site Leader and the leadership team on high-impact initiatives, driving cross-functional programs from ideation to execution, and enhancing operational processes to boost efficiency and outcomes across the organization. Your responsibilities will include operationalizing strategic priorities across the Bengaluru site and other India locations, leading planning and execution of key site programs, managing leadership coordination logistics, ensuring cross-site alignment, designing and leading local CSR activities and DEI initiatives, managing internal communications, and engaging stakeholders effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess 15+ years of experience in business operations, general management support, or site enablement roles, have a track record of working in a complex, matrixed organization with multi-site exposure, demonstrate the ability to drive initiatives independently and foster cross-functional collaboration without direct authority, exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills, hold a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), maintain high integrity and discretion, be proactive and self-motivated, and be adept at building trust and driving alignment. This role operates in a hybrid capacity, combining the benefits of remote work with in-person collaboration. While most roles require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, certain roles or teams may necessitate more frequent in-office presence.
