As the Chief of Staff, you play a crucial role in supporting the COO by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the COO's office. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the COO in defining, tracking, and executing strategic priorities. - Coordinate business planning, quarterly reviews, and goal alignment across departments. - Drive OKRs, KPIs, and key operational metrics. - Design and optimize internal processes to enhance operational flow and reduce inefficiencies. - Lead and manage special projects and critical initiatives on behalf of the COO. - Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular status updates. - Prepare executive briefings, internal and external presentations, reports, and communications. - Coordinate and prioritize the COO's schedule, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Serve as a liaison between the COO and senior leaders to ensure effective communication and follow-through. - Support internal communications, town halls, and leadership offsites. - Champion organizational values and promote cross-functional collaboration. - Act as an advisor and sounding board to the COO on key decisions.
